Advantages
Light white wine with snell of yellow fruit.. surpising in the mouth, sour and fat. Underevaluated grape. One of the few with less tan 12%. Good with light cheese light as fondue ( Fendant in Suisse), oven baked vegetables or raw coquilles. Or just enjoy at the terrace.
